A Fortune 500 Company’s foray into Big Data began with the development of Pied Piper –a platform for them to first identify their users at a personal level, and to segment them into 4 levels of “influencer” reach. Next, based on their interaction with their brands, we were able to determine which of those users were “loyalists” in order to launch more effective marketing campaigns.
The project was hugely successful and led to the development of version 2.0, launched with further campaigns and a team was subsequently built to take over the product built.
