Sime Darby is a major Malaysia-based multinational group involved in 5 core sectors: plantations, property, industrial, motors and logistics. With the desire to strengthen the relation with its key customers, the company decided to build up an application in order to provide information about its products/services. And Nexx was introduced as a key connectivity between Sime Darby and its customers. The app provides better experience with more personalized interactions.
NEXX is an application where users can see ask questions relating to Sime Darby’s B2C businesses (motors, properties, healthcare, tesco), as well as read curated and targeted news (via Spotnews partnership), get live concierge service (members only), book appointment for B2C units, see promotions and events. Launched for Sime Darby in November 2016
